Demand Planner招聘 - 德乐食品饮品配料（上海）有限公司

Responsibilities:
- Drive the Integrated S&OP Process;
- Analyze demand on a ST/MT/LT basis and identify inconsistencies with forecasts and actual sales;
- Work with CS/Sales peers to identify possible solutions/scenarios and support decision-making process by reporting and recommending preferred scenarios;
- Working closely and communicating effectively with CS, sales, Sourcing, finance and BU functions on issues pertaining to inventory and cost.

Requirements:
- Min. 10 years business experience with at least 3 years in Operations / Supply chain at an executive level;
- Skillful in MS office especially EXCEL, PPT, Word;
- Fluent English both in written and oral;
- Excellent communication skills , ability to work in teams, result-oriented and ability to follow through on committed tasks, high degree of self-management, people management skills
