Sourcing Supervisor招聘 - 德乐食品饮品配料（上海）有限公司

Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for indirect category sourcing, including service provider, office supplies etc.;
- Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager;
- Actively work with cross-functional team to qualify new suppliers and make sure the relevant technical & commercial terms are evaluated;
- Ensuring contractual negotiations and agreements;
- Ensuring that complaints are processed and examining complaint reporting;
- Work actively with cross-functional team to find the cost optimization opportunity and achieve the annual cost saving target;
- Ensuring the indirect purchasing policy and process is implemented in the company.




Requirements:
- 3 years or above experience in indirect sourcing;
- Project management skills;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Written and oral English as working language;
- Commercial sense and integrity personality.
